I am a lover of all animals, but thanks to condominium living, I have become a certified cat person. I currently have 3 of my own. Bob was born in my kitchen drawer (along with 6 others) to a stray named Sam, who I took in nearly 12 years ago. Unfortunately, I lost Sam to cancer a couple of years ago. Since then I rescued two Mississippi cats that were victims of hurricane Katrina, one named Katrina (for obvious reasons), who thinks she is a dog trapped in a cat's body! She will eat anything and greets everyone who comes to the door. The other I named Oprah...she is beautiful, black, smart, and funny. You can see where the name came from! Because I have no children of the human type, these are truly my babies, and my promise to you is that I will treat your cat(s) as if they were my own.
